ACQUISITIONS

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Purchasing from Arilux is quick and easy. You can complete a purchase without registering. However, we recommend creating an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

Item Search: You can freely browse our catalog by selecting the category you're interested in from the navigation menu. To refine your search, use the filters or the site's internal search.

Product Information: On each product page, you can view all the information relating to the item (description, measurements, fit) and, by clicking on the product image, you can enlarge it to view all the details.

How to buy: To purchase a product:
1. Select the size of the item from the available combinations;
2. add the product to the cart;
3. If you decide to continue shopping, you can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the icon at the top right of the screen;
4. Click on the cart icon and decide when to proceed with the order;
5. Select a desired shipping type and payment method;
6. Enter your payment information;
7. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Complete order"
Finally, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

SHIPPING

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Standard delivery of orders takes on average 2 to 5 working days from the order's shipment in Italy*, 3 to 7 working days in Europe and within 10 working days for all other destinations worldwide**.

All orders are processed automatically, so it is not possible to change shipping and delivery times.
Carriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays; delivery times may be delayed during Italian holidays. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

The courier will make two delivery attempts and, if unsuccessful, will leave the package at the office.

We strive to meet our delivery deadlines, but during busy periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may vary slightly. Additionally, sporadic technical updates to our operating system or force majeure (such as particularly adverse weather conditions) may affect certain delivery services.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

All orders are shipped with trackable shipping. Once your package ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a link to track your package.
After 24 hours from sending the order it will be possible to follow the shipping status by accessing the tracking page

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once the order is completed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.
You will need to wait for delivery and proceed with any return and/or exchange

PAYMENT OF DUTIES AND CUSTOMS TAXES?

You won't have to pay customs duties or import taxes for orders shipped to Italy or the rest of the European Union.

For all shipments to or from countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is being sent.
Payment of these fees is essential to allow the order to clear customs.
It's not possible to calculate the exact amount you'll pay for taxes and duties, so please check before placing an order.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

On Arilux.it you can pay with: credit card, debit card or prepaid card belonging to any international circuit, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Klarna, bank transfer.

IS PAYMENT SAFE?

Security is extremely important, so we want you to know that your information will be encrypted and safe. Every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of certified secure servers and the adoption of the most advanced encryption systems (SSL). All transactions are processed by a secure online payment gateway that transfers payment information using the highest security standards, in encrypted form: your credit card details will be completely unreadable to third parties. We also only use secure connections, as demonstrated by the "https" prefix and the padlock symbol that appear in the browser address bar. To protect your credit card purchases, you will be asked to enter the CVV2/CVC2/CID security code for each order.
We also take fraud risk seriously; all credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both us and your credit institution.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Return costs are borne by the end customer.
You can only return/exchange unwashed, unworn, or damaged items within 14 days of receiving your package.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND?

Depending on the shipping method you used, it can take up to 15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) for your return to reach our warehouse. Once we receive it, we'll send you an email to confirm your refund.
All refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method used to place the order. The refund will be available in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR THE RETURN?

To return an item, you will need to download the return form in the Contact Us section.
Prepare the return shipment at your own expense (preferably using a courier), include the return slip with the contents of the return, and send the package to our address. After inspecting the goods, you will receive your refund.
